Our sports centres and fitness suites are based in communities within Bristol. Our centres are the perfect place to start a personal training journey.

With the summers months quickly approaching, we notice a downturn in seasonal bookings in our sports centres, and a slight reduction in usage overall. We understand this, club sport rests for the summer, the sun is out and people exercise more outside, and families go on holidays.

Due to this trend, we will be temporarily reducing our opening hours predominantly on the weekends between June and August and reducing slightly our group exercise timetable.

There should be no significant impact to you, and rest assured, our traditional opening hours will return towards early September.

SBL and Wellsway Sports Centre will be opening 9-1 on Sundays throughout June, July and August (pre-booked events will be going ahead as planned).

Roller Disco 

Our Friday Roller Disco session will be pausing during the school exam season. The session will be resuming on Friday 5th July 2024.  The school holiday sessions will be going ahead as planned.

Teen Gym

Our weekday term time Teen Gym sessions will be pausing during the school exam season,  The term time sessions will return on Monday 1st July 2024.  During this time weekend and school holiday sessions are available as normal.

We are in early consultation with Somerset FA as a proposed site for a new 3G Pitch as an addition to the Astro Pitch and we need to know if you, your clubs, your associations, your community groups etc. would use it. If this is built we want as many different kinds of activities for all, using this new 3G pitch. It is for you, our local community.

We welcome any thoughts and feedback from you.

This really is a community engagement exercise at this stage and we are only asking you so we can see if the interest is there for us to talk to them further.
