How to Become a Member

When you become a member with us you gain access to both Wellsway Sports Centre and SBL Sports Centre, offering you 40 classes per week and the choice of two fully equipped fitness suites. Both centres feature the following benefits:

  • Free onsite parking
  • Full equipped strength and cardio based fitness suite
  • Full inclusive access to 40 group exercise classes per week
  • Online group exercise class booking

Please note that Wellsway Sports Centre is open:

Monday - Friday 4:30-9pm

Weekends - 9am-5pm

The centre is not available for public access during the school day Monday - Friday. During school holidays the centre is fully accessible during opening hours.

Proof will need to be shown for eligibility (ID badge or payslip). Please call the centre to enquire about corporate and business to business discounts.

You can watch the videos before you step into the gym or bring them along with you and try the equipment while watching the video on your device.

This 90-minute workshop will focus on how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, your own bodyweight, and core training.

Learn the key exercises to get strong, lean, and toned up, focus on technique for squat, bench press, deadlift, lunges, and core training. Michaela will break down how to build a training plan
